Besides practical legal issues, in particular those of commercial law and insolvency law, Jaromír Císař is dedicated to the history of law and, most recently, constitutional law. A graduate of Charles University’s Faculty of Law in Prague, he also spent some time on a study abroad programme at the Sorbonne in Paris. He is not only a solicitor but also an insolvency administrator and arbitrator. He teaches at his alma mater and publishes legal treatises on a regular basis.
