"Solicitors should not be merely suppliers of legal services. For clients, they must be strategic partners, robust support, and guides through the client’s business life. "
Filip Drnec mainly deals with issues related to European law. His key specialisation is the European law-making process. The process may look like a disorderly system, but it actually is a very comprehensive set of rules which can be interfered with from the outside quite legitimately, thereby partly influencing it. The EU law-making process is a unique tool helping us not to be merely passive recipients of EU regulations.
In addition to a law school, Filip Drnec has also completed a study and work programme in Brussels. Besides EU law he also focuses on the history of law, being actively involved in an extensive legal history project reflecting the development of the Czech legal system.
Filip Drnec is also responsible for HR and the smooth running of our practice.
Defending a key account against state administration bodies and EU bodies in connection with the imposition of financial corrections for a subsidy granted.
Implementation of and participation in the development of information systems for the administration and development of our law firm.
Restructuring the HR department of our law firm.
He regards culture as a unique tool for not only spiritual but also social development. Culture enriches us through experiences, and also gives us a sort of a general outlook, thereby also reinforcing our position in society.
