Attorney at law
„Law is the tool for grasping the system and operation of contemporary society. It makes you free to make decisions and find your way around the world.“
Petr Michal chiefly deals with civil procedure, insolvency law and commercial law; for example, he takes care of challenging insolvency cases. He looks for apposite legal solutions across disciplines of law to meet the clients’ needs and effectively addresses their situation. He says that progressively, the need is growing to apply law creatively – the popularisation of law that we are now seeing is resulting in just the opposite and in law becoming incomprehensible and unclear.
Petr Michal is not only a solicitor but also insolvency administrator. He graduated from Charles University’s Faculty of Law in Prague, where he also received his doctorate. He also spent one year studying at Humboldt University in Berlin. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Prague Chamber of Commerce. Petr Michal also pursues publishing activities and speaks at specialist conferences.
